Refund policy
ALL RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEE
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, uninstalled or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@radodesignsco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There is no cancellation or returns on "Scratch and Dent"/Blemished Items/Discontinued items.
Exchanges

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations/Changes
Any orders received by Rado Designs may be cancelled or changed within 3 Days/72 Hours of being placed without any restocking fee. Any change or cancellation after that time period will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the entire order price.
Refused Deliveries
By placing an order with us, you agree to accept delivery of the product as scheduled. Any shipment that is refused at the time of delivery—whether intentionally or due to failure to accept—will be considered a forfeiture of your order. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.
