Perfect fit and amazing customer service

Great product/awful communication

Product is great but communication is terrible. I knew of the wait time and I got a shipment notification about 2 weeks after order which was great. However, item was not actually dropped at UPS for 10 more days. When I emailed on day 8 or 9 of no tracking, I never received a response. Package started tracking a day or so later.
